The Impact Of Colonialism On Education In Africa: Passionate Pub-Talk With Nana Kyidomhene Part 2
Welcome back to the Think BIG for Africa Podcast. In today’s episode, I’m back with my dear from Ghana Nana Kyidomhene. Nana is a farmer and in his spare time, he runs a history page on Facebook with tens of thousands of young Africans. I sat down with him a few weeks ago and had a 3 hours conversation. Here is the second hour.
In this conversation, we focused mostly on education specifically the impact of colonialism in Africa and the languages of instruction in African schools. It was a back-and-forth debate which in the end no clear conclusion. Overall, it was a necessary conversation worth having.
